A woman who wears many (hard)👷‍♀️hats! Jessica Meyers was invited to join the Women`s Symposium at Mount Saint Mary`s University. Centered around the theme "Inspire Inclusion," Jessica shared insights on mentorship, the importance of listening, and extending a hand to uplift other women. A highlight of the day was a site visit with our veteran Superintendent George, to witness the excellent strides in construction progress in the center of campus.

We have been working with Mula Group to wrap up interior finishing touches alongside OSS Health. With comprehensive medical care under one roof, we are excited to see this building come to life!

March is #NationalReadingMonth and our JEM team came together to donate over 120 books to benefit the United Way of the Capital Region "Ready for School, Ready to Succeed" school readiness program! Every year, more than 80% of low-income children are not reading proficient by 3rd grade. We teamed up with the UWCR to help change that statistic! Building to improve lives does not just mean through construction.

We are pleased to present Tuckey Mechanical Services Inc. with our Subcontractor Safety Award! They were on-site at our two newest PHFA multi-unit housing projects; Riverton Woods and The Point at Sporting Hill. Tuckey`s management went above and beyond to ensure their on-site staff attended our safety stand-downs and toolbox talks and made a concerted effort to mentor their younger staff in safe behaviors. Tuckey sets a great example on site!
