Penn State University - Various Projects, Middletown, PA
	Description: JEM Group has served as General Contractor to Penn State University on multiple projects over the last several years. Projects have varied in size and complexity and include renovations to the Olmsted Building, renovations to the Capital Union Building, a Wellness Center, and Residence Hall renovations. Dickinson College - Rector Science Complex, Carlisle, PA
	Description: JEM Group served as General Trades contractor on the $30 Million Rector Science Complex. This state-of the-art building is home to the College's biology, chemistry and psychology departments. Classrooms, laboratories and a variety of common space occupy this 87,000 SF building. As part of this LEED project, JEM was responsible for coordinating the waste recycling during the construction phase of the project.		Services: General Construction Cost: $3 Million

Heritage Medical Group, Camp Hill, PA
	Description: JEM Group was hired by Heritage Medical Group to construct two medical office projects. The first project was a family practice center followed by the expansion of their pediatrics practice. The Pediatrics expansion presented complexities as the existing practice had to stay completely operational during the renovation of the adjacent space. The project was completed on time and without impact to the practice.		Services: Design/Build Cost: $400,000

Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center - Cardiac Rehabilitation Center, Hershey, PA
	Description: JEM Group was hired as General Contractor to convert existing office into a cardiac rehabilitation center at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. The project consisted of patient rooms, administrative and physical therapy areas.		Services: General Construction Cost: $490,000

Forum Place, PA State Agency Tenant Improvement Projects, Harrisburg, PA
	Description: JEM Group was hired as construction manager at risk to manage and construct numerous offices for Pennsylvania State Agencies. Agencies include Departments of Aging, Budget, Procurement, Health and Social Security and Offices of Budget, State, Administration, Attorney General and Consumer Advocate. In our role as construction manager, we were responsible for all pre-construction and construction activities and for coordination with the building manager, Department of General Services and the end user. Harrisburg Transportation Center Phase II & III, Harrisburg, PA
	Description: JEM Group served as General Contractor for historic renovations to the Harrisburg Transportation Center. The project included improvements to the building façade, roof replacement, plaza improvements, lobby upgrades, and finish upgrades throughout the facility. The train station remained fully operational throughout all phases of the project, which required extensive coordination to maintain access and visitor safety at all times. Graystone Bank, Carlisle, PA
	Description: JEM Group was hired by Graystone Bank to construct its 5000 SF bank branch and office building in Carlisle, PA. The building consists of a teller station, conference rooms, offices, lobby and drive through window.		Services: General Construction Cost: $575,000

Level 2 Nightclub, Harrisburg, PA
	Description: JEM Group served as design/build contractor for the conversion of a former hair salon into an upscale nightclub in downtown Harrisburg. There were many unique finishes used throughout the space including glass tile, vinyl plank floor, distressed brick and waterwalls.		Services: Design/Build Cost: $250,000

AAA Central Penn, Carlisle, PA
	Description: JEM Group was hired as General Contractor for the construction of AAA Central Penn Carlisle branch. The building serves as their retail location and offices for staff. Additionally, JEM constructed a similar branch for AAA in Gettysburg, PA.		Services: General Construction Cost: $215,000

LN+A, Harrisburg, PA
	Description: JEM Group was hired as design/build contractor for the renovation of this historic building on State Street in downtown Harrisburg. The project included complete refurbishment of hardwood floors and wood work throughout the new building, fully renovated bathrooms, offices and conference rooms. The transformation of this space was dramatic and restored many of the original features of the building. The project serves as home to one of Harrisburg's prominent lobbying firms. JEM Group Offices, Harrisburg, PA
	Description: In 2006, JEM Group relocated to 509 N. 2nd Street in Harrisburg. This former residence constructed in the early 1920's had most recently served as the office of a public relations firm. JEM Group did a complete renovation of the building restoring many of the original features of the building including extensive plaster repair, hardwood and wood work refurbishing and full finish upgrades. Lofts at 909, Harrisburg, PA
	Description: JEM Group was hired by TKP Schoolhouse Associates to serve as design/build contractor. The project took the historic Boas Street School constructed in the 1900's and converted it into 22 luxury apartments. The lower level was renovated into office space for United Way of Pennsylvania and several other businesses.		Services: Design/Build Cost: $1.5 Million

City House Bed & Breakfast, Harrisburg, PA
	Description: JEM Group was hired by Erica and Chris Bryce to convert their home into a Bed and Breakfast. This historic riverfront home has spacious rooms throughout the first foor with four bedrooms on the 2nd floor each with a large private bathroom.		Services: Design/Build Cost: $105,000
