Project Description: JEM Group was hired by Harrisburg developer, WCI Partners, L.P. to restore and renovate the historic building at 509 N.
2nd Street in downtown Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The building, originally constructed in 1900, today more accurately represents the original
condition of the building. This 3,400 square foot renovation was fast tracked and completed in only 8 weeks.
