Meyers began JEM Group in October 2003 to service customers with small- to mid-sized projects. JEM focuses on delivering personalized and professional services to both public and private sector clients throughout Central Pennsylvania. JEM Group provides a full range of construction services, including design/build, general construction, construction management and property management. Our goal with each client is to get involved with a project as early as possible so that we understand the goals and needs of the project from day one. Our pre-construction services are provided by in-house estimators at various stages of the design process. We treat each project as if it’s our own and we keep clients informed of critical issues. When necessary, we will offer creative value engineering and constructibility suggestions to the owner and design team. Our pre-construction team has earned a well-deserved reputation for accuracy in their cost estimates and for providing competitive pricing on projects.
During construction, our experienced project managers and superintendents take a proactive approach to managing every aspect of the project. Clear communication, schedule and quality control, and safety are our top priorities. JEM Group supports its commitment to safety by making sure that each member of our field staff is OSHA certified.
