JEM Group is a woman-owned construction services firm located in Central Pennsylvania. From the beginning, the driving force of our organization has been to improve the communities where we live and build. Jessica E. Meyers
Jessica E. Meyers is the CEO of JEM Group. Before founding the firm in 2003, she spent nearly 10 years in the construction industry. Jessica provides leadership, strategic business planning, and client development for the firm. Under her leadership, the firm has experienced significant growth and portfolio diversification.

Her belief in giving back to the community has resulted in a number of board positions throughout the community including Harrisburg University, the Salvation Army, Metro Bank and AAA Central Penn.

As a result of Ms. Meyers’ accomplishments, she has been recognized as one of the Central Penn Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” and as one of Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business. Additionally, her company was recognized as one of the CREDC FAB Five (2008), finalist for the Small Business of the Year award and most recently was named Woman Owned Business of the Year by the Small Business Administration. Her firm was also named one of the 50 Fastest Growing companies in 2009, 2011 and 2015 and has received numerous awards for safety and craftsmanship.

Andrew S. Notarfrancesco
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Andrew Notarfrancesco is responsible for overseeing all aspects of JEM Group’s construction operations including managing to financial and organization benchmarks and business development. With over 16 years of experience, Andrew has directly managed projects totaling over $500 Million.

Andrew is currently a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers, the Healthcare Executive Forum of Central PA, the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation Loan Committee, and holds a seat on the Mechanicsburg Little League Board of Directors.

Formerly, he was a past Board President for the Children’s Family Care Center, past Secretary for American College of Healthcare Executives - Central PA Chapter, and past member of the Society of College and University Planning.

Education: Catholic University of America, Bachelors of Science in Architecture
Christopher B. Wise
Chris Wise oversees all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. He is also responsible for human resources and risk management for the firm.

For over 25 years, Chris has worked in the local community, with his experience ranging from public to private accounting, in both small and large organizations. Chris is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPA’s (AICPA, PICPA), as well as the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), Central PA Chapter.

Education: Penn State University, Bachelor of Science in Accounting

In support of women entrepreneurs who demonstrate their commitment to improving our communities, JEM joined in the celebration of the winners recognized with the Lancaster YWCA.
Penn State U Student Tour
Penn State University students secured a front row experience to see construction in progress. Students toured Schaedler Yesco’s Distribution Center’s major expansion project to learn about project management, scheduling, safety, quality control, and logistics through design and build execution.
Cathedral Education Center Safety Program
JEM’s construction team at the Cathedral Education Center hosted a week-long Safety Program for the kids to learn how exciting the construction industry can be with a paramount theme that safety always comes first.
Our team spent the day with students of all ages at The Salvation Army’s Summer Youth Enrichment Program to educate and engage kids in hands-on, fun construction activities.
In the early stages of #COVID19, our #TeamforGood did gratis maintenance work to help the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank.
