"JEM thinks about more than construction. They’ve built a strong firm that delivers on their commitments, delivers on their promise. JEM gets things done creatively with consistency and technical thinking.  They are very good at helping us make sound judgements when we do not have 100% certainty. We get ‘special treatment’ from JEM and get the best thinking."
