Diversity
Maximizing Innovation, Collaboration & Value

As a Certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) construction firm, diversity is not distinct from enhancing overall quality, it’s integral to achieving it.  Our diverse and inclusive approach generates different perspectives that leads to more creativity, better problem solving and effective collaboration which translates into project success. We deliver greater value for our employees, clients, and communities.

On average, JEM has achieved 20% in diversity participation goals.

Since 2003, over 25% of our new hires have been women and minorities.

Embracing diversity and inclusivity, we recognize young women and minority students for outstanding academic achievement and economic need to build strong teams in the construction industry.

JEM Group, Warehaus, and LIVIC Civil partnered with Girl Scouts in the Heart of PA to create their first-ever AEC Fun Patch. The “What’s in Your Toolbox?” program is inspiring girls to discover construction, architecture, and engineering. With diversity at the heart of our mission, we’re proud to mentor the next generation of amazing young women. Click here to learn more.
