Design and fit-out of the 17,995 SF first floor of a new 4-story MOB to provide acute care. Specialty services at the clinic include MRI and diagnostic imaging with scalability for CT services, surgical suites, urgent care, and physical therapy. Special attention to state-of-the-art medical gas and vacuum systems plus specialty lighting to ensure proper delivery to patients of the functioning of connected equipment.
