Tenant fit-out project of a 15,000 SF building with new finishes, offices, bathrooms, state-of-the-art HVAC and  plumbing systems. The project also included fit-out of new laboratories to provide a full range of environmental testing services, specializing in the analysis of air, soil, sediment, water, etc.
