JEM Group delivered significant attention to detail to renovate (97) guestrooms, adjacent corridors, the Catherine Hershey suite and connecting rooms, located in the West Wing of the hotel. Aspects of construction included the removal of existing furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), demolition work, high-end finishes, and plumbing and electrical improvements. With meticulous planning, our team ensured the hotel stayed fully operational during the project.
