As the Construction Manager to one of Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine’s family medical practices, this renovation and fit-out of unfinished space is now a new medical office that provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages. It included new finishes, LED lighting, millwork, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and security systems along with ADA improvements to the concrete sidewalk and entrance area.
