This project was a 2-story, 60,000 SF office renovation including 430 workstations, 36 new offices, 10 conference rooms with state-of-the art IT equipment, 6 wet bars, an employee cafeteria and multiple collaboration areas. HVAC, electrical and mechanical were all upgraded.
