The ATLAS 1923
Harrisburg, PA

As Construction Manager, JEM revitalized the historic Hudson Building project in Camp Curtin, built in 1923. Designed for mixed-use, the exterior precast concrete entailed significant remediation and restoration and hefty steel beams encased in concrete stand as a solid, overbuilt and century old infrastructure. With RACP funding, the building underwent an urban renewal transformation to enhance property values, attract new business, connect the local neighborhoods and positively impact the community.
