Harrisburg, PA

JEM Group creatively executed andCulture’s vision, a Harrisburg based design firm, in a complex makeover to upgrade a portion of the repurposed Old Waterworks building built in 1841, which originally operated as a pumping station. This 2,500 SF ‘galley’ space received new concrete piers, over 15 tons of steel for multi-level office platforms, and structural glass walking surfaces showcasing the anatomy of an iconic and historic building along the Susquehanna River.
