With an opportunity to serve as a diverse subcontractor on the $17 million construction of a new Technology Center at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, the JEM team provided flexibility, high quality and drove costs down as a responsive partner to the General Contractor. The project created a technical training facility including two buildings and site development. The buildings enclose instructional and support spaces, labs, offices, classrooms, and the site incorporates parking and support facilities.
