A new, two-story 7,394 sq. ft. student housing building with 29 units joins four other student housing buildings nearby. The day-to-day living space consists of private rooms and shared common areas to socialize, work and study. In a fast-tracked pace, the project was completed in time for students to move in ahead of the start of the semester.
