Interior renovations to the existing 25,420 SF Brinser Residence Hall meet today’s student housing needs. Home to over 100 students, this building initially underwent abatement of existing flooring in 67 resident units. Upon completion of new underground plumbing, upgraded interior finishes to communal restrooms, new ADA restrooms, interior painting for a building-wide makeover along with HVAC and electrical upgrades, students now find the comforts of new amenities and modernized spaces.
