As the Construction Manager At-Risk, this fully renovated center involved the conversion of an existing sports facility and pool into a new simulation and innovation center. The renovations include a new Speech Language Pathology Center consisting of 10 clinic rooms, study offices, clinic simulation lab, speech/voice lab and workrooms, and miscellaneous ancillary spaces. The center can host clinics and students can remain on campus while completing their clinical hours, giving them real-world skills. The project also benefits members of the community with audiology, hearing, and speech needs.
