Commonwealth of Pennsylvania North Office Building

The historic 1929 North Office Building at the State Capitol Complex achieved upgrades during building occupancy. Work included heavy core renovations and modernization of the 7-story stacked public vanity rooms (16 total). Domestic water and sanatory distribution was replaced, significant HVAC upgrades, hazardous material abatement, and porcelain finishes. Renovations to Senate office select spaces, first-floor library, cleaning of the marble wainscoting, replacement of (14) drinking fountains and relocations and modernization to data closets.
