North Office Building

The historic 1929 North Office Building at the State Capitol Complex achieved upgrades during building occupancy. Work included heavy core renovations and modernization of the 8-story stacked public vanity rooms (16 total). Domestic water and sanitary distribution was replaced, significant HVAC upgrades, hazardous material abatement, and porcelain finishes. Renovations to Senate office select spaces, first-floor library, cleaning of the marble wainscoting, replacement of (14) drinking fountains and relocations and modernization to data closets.
