Construction of a new state-of-the-art 144,000 SF State Archives Building that stores, preserves, and makes available for use and study, all the Commonwealth’s historic documents and records. As Construction Manager Agent, JEM managed the execution of the complex scope of work which included high-performing, large building systems including building envelope, state-of-the-art HVAC and controls, fire protection, and security systems that protect important documents.
