The project is the general construction and electrical renovation of Safety Rest Areas on I-81 North and South Bound lanes. The project includes the demolition of the existing buildings, sidewalks, foundations, paving and utilities. The new work includes construction of two rest area facility buildings with well pump building, re-grading, new paving and sidewalks.
