This fast tracked, 12 week project consisted of exterior renovations that included installation of a new front entrance with metal roofing, fascia trim, plaza and landscaping, balcony, and secure entrances. Project also included lounge, kitchen, and laundry renovations with new appliances, structure, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, and stairs to 2nd floor.
