Interior renovations to nearly 20,000 SF on the 2^nd floor of a 10-story Class A office building across from the PA Capitol Complex. Work included new office buildouts with storefront glass partitions, boardrooms, flooring, ceiling, carpeting, wall coverings, energy-efficient lighting, integrated technology, MEP system upgrades and refreshed restroom finishes and fixtures.
