Bethel Village will be built as a 49-unit community for seniors 62 years of age and older, on the corner of 6th and Herr Streets, just two blocks from the State Capitol Complex in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This approximate $14.7 million development, situated on a ½ acre site, was designed with an eye towards sustainability and functionality. The 45,000 square foot development will feature common areas within the building, on-site management offices, maintenance areas and laundry facilities. A multi-purpose community room will accommodate programs of supportive services, resident activities, and the community. The project uses low-income housing tax credits that were approved by the Pennsylvania Housing Financing Agency.
