In partnership with Paxton Ministries, this 3-story 37-unit building provides affordable housing for seniors 62 years and older. This Green Communities certified, high-efficiency complex with access to public transportation, received low income housing tax credits, focusing on energy efficiency and resource conservation. It features one and two-bedroom high-end finished apartments with a fitness room, media and community room, off-street parking, laundry facilities, and a coffee corner. Services are provided in partnership with Paxton Ministries, Messiah Lifeways, Central PA Food Bank, UPMC and Messiah University.
