New construction of a LIHTC affordable senior-occupancy (age 62 and older) community features 38 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom units. The contemporary design features a Wellness Room with technology for Telehealth services, a community room with a kitchen, activity room, laundry area, reading nook, supportive services, and management offices.
