New construction of an affordable senior-occupancy (age 62 and older) community features 38 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom units with ensuite bathrooms. Kitchens are open directly to the living rooms. The contemporary design features a Wellness Room with technology for Telehealth services, a community room with a kitchen, an activity room, a laundry area, rear balconies overlooking the woods and reading nooks for social spaces and natural light, plus management offices. PHFA low income housing tax credits supported the construction of safe, secure, affordable housing with supportive services on-site.
