New construction of a 39-unit affordable workforce housing development including a 3-story apartment building and seven townhomes includes a mix of 28 one-bedroom, 3 two-bedroom, and 8 three-bedroom units.  More than 20% of the units are large family units. Building amenities include a resident community room with a kitchen, bike storage, and a fitness center.
