New construction of a 39-unit workforce affordable housing development featuring a 3-story apartment building and seven townhomes. The low income housing tax credit project includes a mix of 28 one-bedroom, 3 two-bedroom, and 8 three-bedroom units with extensive site, landscape and hardscape scope including walkways, parking and paving areas, and lighting.  More than 20% of the units are large family units. With a contemporary façade and careful considerations of materials for optimal performance, the building amenities include a resident community room with a kitchen, a fitness center and bike storage.
